Background

Anyvan is an online logistics platform where consumers can obtain delivery, transport and removal services from AnyVans community of transport partners. The company was founded in 2009 and historically its media spend has been focused on digital advertising to drive its growth. Over 2.8 million users to date have used the service across Europe.

Objectives

The objective was quite simply to capture Sky & Virgin Media households across the UK as they move through the “mover journey” and start to plan moving house. By using TwentyCi data Anyvan were able to target in market households.

Targeting

Anyvan used AdSmart to target key segments within the moving cycle using TwentyCi residential data. This data refreshes every two weeks, allowing Anyvan to capture new movers as they enter the market. This was then overlayed with key Experian Mosaic Groups to further segment the market and drive further efficiencies.

Top Line Results

Response Rate + 5% Against AdSmart norms of just over 1%

32% Of unique visitors to website from Sky Households went on to obtain a price.

9 to 1 Return on Investment through sales generated.
