The campaign was originally started to create local awareness and give customers an insight into the services that Automotive Service can offer to car owners looking for MOT, Tyres, Car Servicing and other used car services.
Automotive Service used the AdSmarts ability to target defined owners of used cars, within the Bedford Local authority district. They’ve now attracted a new type of customer who has a more expensive car, which requires a high level of attention on the services they offer and since the launch of the television commercial, Automotive Service have noticed that their customers are asking for additional services for there vehicles, which were not originally offered on the original advert.
The objectives were clear: to increase footfall and enquiries to this automotive service centre in the Bedford region, for clients looking for MOT, tyres and car servicing requirements. Their unique 30” TV ad focussed on the low price point market, within a local region.
Automotive Service has seen a 25% up lift in the value of the amount of revenue which has been billed for each client, and since the AdSmart advert was aired in Nov 17, has seen the best revenue months in December 17 and January 18 since the company was launched in 2012.
The campaign has been a huge success.
